Silk Classes

Aerial Silk is a beautiful blend of acrobatics and performance. Our classes will teach you to climb the suspended silk fabrics to swing, spiral, and float through the air, in a safe setting with Professional instructors. Classes begin with lessons on basic balance, climbing, and foot knot skills, and over time teaches more advanced skills and stunts.

Class times:

Tuesday, Thursday

• 4pm-5pm
• 5pm-6pm

Participants will improve and learn: Strength, balance and fluid movements on suspended fabric Flexibility in different poses  Foot and hand knots and climbing using the fabric.
