Gymnastics Du Sol is a place where children enjoy themselves, have fun and make friends. We care about providing a positive and safe space for our students.
Having opened in 2012, we directed our activities to teaching children, and today we help them to become stronger and to reveal their physical potential.
We are proud of the quality of our classes and the professionalism of teachers. Gymnastics Du Sol has professional equipment that meets all modern safety standards. The best training base together with the talent and experience of instructors create the place for opportunities development, the best school of gymnastics in Florida.
Our students have made this school the way it is now.
Each of our instructors is part of the American Heart Association, is also a Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED certified and a member of the USA Gymnastics Association.
All our coaches participated in gymnastics international competitions, and also performed in Cirque De Soleil.
Pavel Podzynakov (PASHA) was a soloist in Cirque Du Soleil. He has four gold medals in acrobatics, and now his passion is to teach gymnastics.

READ THIS FORM COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY. YOU ARE AGREEING TO LET YOUR MINOR CHILD PARTICIPATE IN GYMNASTICS AND RELATED ACTIVITIES THAT MAY INVOLVE POTENTIAL RISKS OF INJURY.

1. Release and Assumption of Risk
In consideration for allowing the minor child identified above to participate in gymnastics classes, training, camps, recreational activities, sports, instruction, events, and other activities organized or provided by Du Sol Gymnastics School, I agree to the terms of this Agreement on my own behalf and in my capacity as the parent or legal guardian of the minor child identified above.
I understand that participation in gymnastics and related physical activities involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated even when reasonable precautions are taken.
These risks may include, without limitation, falls, slips, collisions, loss of balance, improper landings, sprains, strains, fractures, dislocations, bruises, head or spinal injuries, paralysis, and other physical injuries, including serious injury or death.
2. Agreement to Follow Rules and Instructions
I agree that I and my minor child will observe and obey all posted rules, safety instructions, warnings, and reasonable directions provided by Du Sol Gymnastics School and its employees, instructors, coaches, representatives, and agents.
3. Assumption of Inherent Risks
I acknowledge and understand that gymnastics and related physical activities involve inherent risks. On behalf of myself and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, on behalf of my minor child, I voluntarily assume the risks inherent in participation in the activities provided by Du Sol Gymnastics School.
4. Release and Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release and discharge Du Sol Gymnastics School and its owners, officers, directors, employees, instructors, coaches, representatives, agents, and affiliates from claims arising from personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from risks that are inherent in the activities covered by this Agreement.
5. Medical Treatment and Emergency Care
I understand that participation in gymnastics and physical activities may involve the possibility of injury. In the event of an injury or medical emergency involving my minor child, I authorize Du Sol Gymnastics School and its personnel, to the extent reasonably necessary, to obtain emergency medical assistance for my child when I or another authorized emergency contact cannot reasonably be reached.
6. Health and Physical Condition
I represent that, to the best of my knowledge, my child is physically capable of participating in the activities for which I am registering the child.
7. Property Damage
I agree to be responsible for property damage caused by me or my minor child through negligent, reckless, or willful conduct, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Photography and Video Release
I understand that photographs and/or video recordings may be taken during classes, events, camps, or other activities at Du Sol Gymnastics School.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, to the extent applicable.
10. No Duress
I acknowledge that I have had a reasonable opportunity to read and review this Agreement and that I am signing it voluntarily.
11. Authority of Signatory
I certify that I am at least 18 years old and that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor child identified in this Agreement, or otherwise have legal authority to provide consent and execute this Agreement on the child's behalf.
